Technology and technology integration are different, but are intertwined and used within each other. Technology is defined as the practical application of science to commerce or industry. Some examples of technology are television, computers, radios, and phones. Technology integration is defined as the use of technology in general content areas in education in order to allow students to learn computer and technology skills. The use of technology integration by teachers would not be possible without technology. The use of this integration enriches the students learning because it gives them a chance to see their topics in different forms. Examples of this could be through the use of a song, a movie, or a powerpoint.
